Vacation Property Wellness Inspection Includes:
The Exterior service includes:
- A complete walk around of your house/cottage and out buildings, to ensure all windows and doors are secure;
- Thorough check of the general condition of the exterior and check for possible pest intrusions;
- A check for fallen limbs and branches from wind effects and adverse weather;
- Check roof snow depth as applicable;

The Interior service includes:
- A check of the general condition of the interior for any water leaks or pest intrusion problems;
- Appliance checks;
- Heating check; and
- Plumbing check.

Rates and Options
Weekly Check
$32.50 per/check, based on a one month minimum. ($130.00)*

Twice Monthly Check
$40 per/check, based on a two month minimum. ($160.00)*
​
Monthly Check
$55 per/check, based on a three month minimum. ($165.00)*

**Clients will receive a Property Wellness statement via email with a digital date stamped verification photo included.
**Programs can be adjusted to meet your needs as required.
*Additional charge may apply for any special requests outside the normal service.

Additional Services
Drewpoint Property Solutions can provide Small Repairs and Handyman Services (based on availability) to existing clients for an additional fees.
